The Word of God is our Focus, and everybody is somebody. John 17:17. Every missing lamb matters. If you know people who have wandered off from God's truth, don't write them off, go after them, get them back. Read Luke 15:4-10. God’s Word is unlike any other book. As believers, we are instructed to study the Bible and meditate upon its meaning for our lives.

Statement of Faith

Salvation

Salvation is received by placing our faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross.

We believe Jesus rose from the dead and is coming again. (Rom. 5:14; Rom. 3:10; Rom. 3:23; 1 John 3:8).

Congratulations on accepting Jesus into your life! We're so happy you've taken this incredible step.

Welcome to the family! We're so excited to have you join us in this journey of faith as we journey into the Word of God!

This is the most important move you will ever make in your life. When a man or woman becomes a new person in Christ, he or she no longer wants to live the old way of life. They no longer love the things of sin. They are renewed, revived, regenerated and refreshed. It is wonderful to know that we are secure in Christ.

Salvation means that all past, present, and future sins are forgiven through faith in Christ. You become a child of God, a member of God's family, and receive a new spiritual life. The Holy Spirit, the guiding force of God, enters and resides in you, empowering you to live a life that pleases God. You become part of God's kingdom and have fellowship with other Christians.

Salvation promises eternal life in heaven. Receiving salvation in Christianity involves accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, leading to forgiveness of sins, a new spiritual life, and entrance into the family of God. It also means being free from the power of sin and receiving the Holy Spirit to guide and empower you.

WHAT TO DO NEXT AFTER THE PRAYER OF SALVATION:

After accepting Christ and praying for salvation, the next steps involve committing to follow Him, seeking baptism, and growing in faith through Bible study, prayer, and fellowship with other Christians. This also includes acknowledging past sins and asking for God's forgiveness.

  1. Commit to Following Jesus:
  • Choose to live for Him: Recognize that you're now walking with Jesus and commit to making Him the Lord of your life.
  • Obedience: Begin to follow Jesus' commands and learn how to walk in obedience.
  1. Seek Baptism:
  • Public declaration:

Water baptism is a symbolic act that publicly demonstrates your commitment to Jesus and identifies you with Him.

  • Symbolic death and rebirth:

It represents dying to your old life and being raised to new life in Christ.

  1. Grow in Faith:
  • Study the Bible:

Immerse yourself in God's Word to learn about His character, His will for your life, and how to grow closer to Him.

  • Prayer:

Make a habit of daily prayer to communicate with God, ask for His guidance, and express your gratitude.

  • Fellowship:

Connect with other believers, find a church community, and seek mentors who can encourage and guide you on your faith journey.

  1. Deal with Sin:
  • Confess and repent: Acknowledge your sins to God and ask for His forgiveness.
  • Turn away from sin: Make a conscious effort to avoid the behaviors and thoughts that lead to sin.
  • Seek help: Don't be afraid to ask for support from trusted friends or mentors as you navigate the challenges of living a life

You have salvation, which means you have accepted God’s love and forgiveness, are adopted into His family and have fellowship with His people—your fellow Christians. You are free from the power of sin—a child of God! The Bible promises you eternity in heaven Romans 10:9-10. "

Remember, God loves you unconditionally. He's poured out his love and grace upon you, and He's always with you."

"You're forgiven! God has washed away your sins and given you a fresh start."  The core elements of salvation are generally understood as grace, faith, and belief in Jesus Christ.

TO SUM IT UP IN A NUTSHELL

"Make time to talk to God in prayer every day. He wants to hear from you."

"Start reading the Bible, especially the New Testament. God's Word will guide and encourage you."

"Connect with other believers. Find a church or community where you can grow in faith and fellowship."

"Consider baptism, as it's a visible sign of your new life in Christ."  Baptism is your way of saying to the world, “I am buried with Christ, I am a new person in Christ. These verses discuss baptism: Matthew 28:19, Acts 2:41, Romans 6:3-4, and Ephesians 4:5. Mark 16:16.

  • "We're here to support you on this journey. Don't hesitate to ask questions or share your thoughts with us."
  • "Life will have its challenges but remember that God is with you every step of the way. He's the one who will guide you and give you strength."
  • "This is just the beginning of a wonderful adventure with Jesus. Get ready to experience His love, peace, and joy."

What We Believe…

We believe that the Bible and all the scriptures within both Old and New Testaments are the infallible and inspired Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, our creator, manifested into three persons God the Father, Jesus the Son, our Savior and the Holy Spirit, the very Spirit of God, our Comforter and Counselor; who provides spiritual power for daily living and Godly service.
